Jon’s Bones ships orders domestically and internationally using trusted shipping carriers.

  • USA orders are shipped via USPS and other national carriers.

  • Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post.

  • International orders are shipped through your local postal service once they arrive in the destination country.

Once processed and dispatched from our facility, delivery typically takes 7 to 30 days (excluding processing time). However, shipping times may vary based on your location and seasonal factors. For delays, please check with your local postal service.

Undeliverable Packages

Shipments returned to The Bone Museum as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees for resending.

Exchanges & Returns

At this time, The Bone Museum does not cover shipping costs for exchanges or returns. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
